The park joined the clmbl in 1984 finishing 7th in the D division

From then on the players moved forwards and moved up the league finishing top of the D division in 1986

In 1987 the park just manged to avoid relegation and the following season came a healthy 5th in the C division

in 1989 they consoadated their position in the C division building up on their experiance

in 1990 the introduction of a reserve team entered the D division and came second being promoted in their first season while the first team won the C division out right  with a lead of 40 points

From 1991 to 1993 saw both teams  become middle table players in there relevent leagues before in the year of 1993 the reserve team was relegated to the D division

Both team continued in the B and D division before both where promoted as league champions in 1997 and in 1998 the reserve team where promoted once more to the B division after finishing 2nd in the league

The reserve team where relegated the following season and both teams stayed within the A and C division till the reserves where promoted to the B Division in 2003 and the A team won the A division and where champions for their first time in their history winning the league by just 1.5 points

2005. saw the restructure of the leagues from 4 to 3  with both teams being kept in A and B division

2006. saw both teams holding their positions with the A team finishing 4th in their league maintaining their top4 place for the last 3 years

2007. league changed once more to have 5 smaller leagues where teams play each other 3 times instead of twice

the first team managed 3rd place in the A division with the second team finishing just above the drop zone.

Due to a number of members leaving to play elsewhere or have had to stop due to other commitments M.M.P are sorry to announce the removal of their reserve team from the league at this time, we all hope that as soon as possible the team will be reinstated.

2008. league has changed again, it is now 4 leagues no 5 at home and 5 away. We have now got floodlights in the pipeline finally.

Many thanks to all people who helped us achieve this. As from the 20th of March the green is open to play( weather permitting). Any new bowlers or people who are learning are more than welcome, myself (Barclay Warrington) will be at the green most days and nights if you need any help just ask, thank you and lets have a good season.

2009. The park has been greatly improved. with an influx of young talented bowlers and of course the new drainage and walk way, which can only improve the green an the safety of its bowlers. "good job and thank you" to all concerned.

The league format has stayed the same 4 leagues of 13 teams + knockout. Regarding the bowling we finished 6th in the C.L.M.B.L which was a great result. We finished top in the Thursday league singles and pairs. Awesome result for the club, thank you to all involved.

The ladies over 50 did well finishing in the top 4 teams in their division.

2010.
